“I used this for my Raspberry Pi 1 Model B+. Very hard to get in there, and the creaking wasn't very reassuring, but I managed to get it in without damaging anything. When it's in it works very well though!”
“IT's a great little box for a Radxa Rock 3C or RPI3. I bought it for the Rock 3c, which it fits a treat. I'll buy another as soon as I buy another Rock 3c.”
“I have a Pi Zero-W, with an Adafruit Stepper Motor driver HAT, and I was hoping this case would fit this combination.
It didn't, as the connectors of the Pi Zero are quite differently located from B+ etc. :-(
The case itself was fine - just wanted to warn anyone in my position off it.
Looks like I'm going to have to 3D-print my own unless anyone has any suggestions...”
“I bought this case because of the clear top. I wanted to be able to see the LEDs on my Z Wave transmitter in particular but it also allows you to see the LEDs on the Pi board itself. This is very useful for troubleshooting.”
“I bought this case mainly because it has a clear top and it enables me to see the flashing LED of the Z-wave add-on board transmitter, which can be a useful trouble-shooting aid. The case is well made and the board fits snugly with plastic clips holding it in place. I'm not sure how easy it will be if I ever want to take the board out again - there are apertures that look like they will take a small screwdriver blade to lever the clips away from the board, but there are four clips.... However, it's a good case.”
