Nicely made and works perfectly. What would improve it would be the abilty to store it's confiruation rather than havong to program it at boot time. Great little bit of kit though.

Easy to setup using data sheets and examples from Adafruit. Have used it for a local oscillator for a 2M foxhut receiver using an Arduino Mini to comunicate with the Si5351A PCB. Much more compact and flexible than the existing crystal oscillator, which was limited to a single frequency. Tip: If you are using an arduino mini, tell the compiler it is an Arduino Duemilanove, the 'Arduino Mini' option does not work.

Not bad as long as you compensate by calibrating for the desired frequency.

Bought a cheap Chinese version of this for my GBS 8200 scaler board and it didn't work right then stopped working altogether after 5 mins. Bought the Adafruit clock generator and it works perfectly with my GBS 8200 very happy with the product.
