“Excellent non-volatile memory, much easier to work with than EEPROM. I2C does constrain performance, but not a problem for storage of settings, logs etc. Will be even better when updated by Adafruit with STEMMA connectors, but in the meantime just cut a STEMMA cable in half and solder the wire tails from one half to the solder pads and use it as the last in the chain.”
