“This is an excellent.preamp for 1090MHz I would definitely recommend if usin a dongle such as a cheap sdr. Not so much the radars or the Flightaware sticks. I like the build quality on the preamp its robust and well made. I like it that much im going to buy a preamp for my AIS station too. ....why not. Pihut = Excellent seller Rapid delivery ...will definitely continue to use them

“Fantastic results from this pre-amp. I bought this to use with my FlightAware dongle and Raspberry Pi4. What a result, it instantly double the number of aircraft I see and pushed out the distance to over 260 nm. I do have an external antenna on my roof which helps; however, performance was only mediocre prior to installing the pre-amp. Also, the unit is very well built - solid aluminium case- and keeps very cool whilst running 24/7. A great purchase.”
