A nice simple double-fan heatsink case for use with a pi 5, This one I'm going to use for PiAware! Two fans means if one fails I have a backup and these fans are replaceable with aftermarket fans. If both fans fail the heatsink is pretty beefy too. This is important as this Pi will be running 24/7

Excellent product works very well. Some instructions in the box would help fitting to the RPI5. The power cable for the fans is a bit long and not very flexible.

My fourth purchase of this item, for mine and associates' RPi5s. Easy to fit and semi to keep the Pis cool. This last modified to sit atop a Pi5 bolted to the back of a 10.1" screen. A bit of a fiddle but accomplished. Good price for a nice piece of kit

Very solid, with relatively large surface areas and, of course, two cooling fans. Also comes with thermal putty needed for proper heat dissipation. A quality case.

Once it is assembled great. The connector for the FFC cable is unacceptably poor. Rather than use a latch, such as the one on the PI, they tried to save a few pence & used a piece of plastic with 2 prongs that are only 1/3 of a mm thick. They know that it is not fit for purpose, & provide a spare piece of plastic. As the friend who assembled it for me said, "When they built the first prototype, & saw how fragile it was, they should have redesigned the connector.

Straight out the box, this felt great, good weight to it and very little struggle to put it together. Easily fits over the Pi5 and the fans kick in when they need to, even without the software. I'm using it along with the Pi5 for a Batocera setup and it performs extremenly well for such a small form fan set. Comes with the thermal pads, which you need to stick on BEFORE you assemble. Once that's done, it's a few screws and it's working. Nice and easy with the addition of the fan socket on the Pi5, all in all, took me less than 5 minutes to assemble.

Works perfectly with the pimoroni nvme base - just grab some 6mm M-F standoffs. Also managed to overclock the pi's CPU to 3GHz with this case with the temperature holding at 75degC max. Overall a great case!
