“These are really great, cheap sensors. The project I am working on required a 3V distance sensor and I found the Time of Flight sensors were far too unreliable with any ambient light and the other 3V ultrasonic sensor I tried (the US-16 I think?) was terrible by comparison. It really struggled to pick up small obstacles (like a hand) even at short distances. This has a really nice reliable range. I feel like it is better than the classic 5V HC-SR04 but it has been a while since I have used one. Anyway, was very pleasantly surprised! Would recommend!”
