Does what it should. I can't compare it to other popular devices (like the sonoff stick) as I only own this one, but it definitely looks sleeker and I get the coverage I need from it so it's a win in my book. While I'm at it, shipping from The Pi Hut was quick and I'm generally satisfied with my purchase experience.

Very quick and easy to set up. Moved from Z2M and a sonoff zigbee 3.0 to ZHA within a few minutes.

The hardware itself has been excellent in my first month of using it. I was coming from a Phoscon Conbee II which kept disconnecting from some of my lights. This has been totally resolved with the SkyConnect module. However, having set up my home assistant software several years ago, I'd sort of forgotten some of the basics of how i'd set my system up - I hadn't realised quite how much I was relying on the Phoscon software extension for Home Assistant to run things like some of the motion sensor automations in my home etc. To use SkyConnect, I had to get rid of Phoscon altogether. The migration didn't really work properly, so I ended up completely rebuilding my home assistant setup from scratch. This was quite annoying, but initial setup took about an hour. I'm still tinkering to get the exact same functionality I had before - things like light transitions are proving a touch difficult to sort out, but with enough time I'm sure I'll figure it all out. Really great product, but do consider setting up from scratch rather than migrating. Judging by forum posts I'm not the only one to have this issue!

Not sure if it needs to have a serious firmware update but when I migrated from a Sonoff to the Skyconnect I lost lots of devices and the Skyconnect just won’t find them whereas the Sonoff had very little issue. Love the idea of the Skyconnect but I think it needs to be updated before I get to try it again (migrated back to the Sonoff for now).

I love the sky connect it's very versatile and quite easy to use. But weather its due to it not being detected properly or other issues I've had nothing but issues and have gone back to my previous zigbee dingle until I have time to look at it again

The SkyConnect has a lot of potential, but as many have reported on GitHub, Reddit, and elsewhere the current firmware has many bugs. As a Zigbee stick this simply cannot keep up with its Sonoff and Conbee counterparts. If you have a Zigbee network with more than fifty devices, avoid this. If you’re only looking for something to begin using Thread, this isn’t a bad place to start.
