“This is a very nice presentation of the RP2040. It's a fraction of the size of the Raspberry Pi Pico but has all the same functionality. All it lacks is a few GPIO Pins which is partially compensated for by two RGB LEDs, one (tiny) standard one and one that's effectively a single LED Neopixel - 3 programable LEDs requiring only 1 data line. The USB C connector is a nice touch. I had no trouble uploading Micropython using the pico build.”
“It is a very useful product. Very similar to the pico, but with an added neopixel and RGB led. A bonus is that there are no components on the underside, making it great for use with PCBs.”
“I love this tiny form factor. It has just enough pins for most simple applications and it fits anywhere. Now done four projects using these.
The only small criticism is that, like the "full size" pico board, you have to hold the boot button and put the USB cable in to go into bootloader mode. On this board those buttons are tiny, so it's really hard to keep it pressed, so I pre-install the USB C into the board and connect the other end into my computer while pressing the button on the board”
“Not used it yet but miniature. About the size of a postage stamp with enough I/O to meet simple projects.
Looking forward to making my automatic bed lights.”
