The case looks ok and is is solid. Very easy to incorporate the Pi board and DA+/DacPro cards. The fact that the case is plastic is not an issue because it is well designed and appropriate materials have been used. I would buy again becaus eof the product , its price and the good PiHut service. I live in Norway and the purchase went through efficiently and smoothly.

The photos make it look a bit cheap and plasticy but IRL it is a really nice case. It fits the Pi 4 and IQAudio (now Raspberry Pi) DAC very well. The connectors line up nicely with the holes. Note that when using stand-offs to join the DAC and the Pi (not included), ensure the stud (nut) end is uppermost and use screws on the bottom. Otherwise the Pi doesn't clip into the retainer. Also, when it arrived, it was not at all obvious how to open the lid so I checked the instruction video: the lid slides off sideways - no tools needed. I have not yet tried the fan - it seems ok without running PiCorePlayer, just warm to the touch - but I brought one just in case I run into any thermal issues in the future.

Simple and perfectly sized, the Pi and HAT clip securely into place, and all of the ports line up well with the cutouts. Also great to have the option of a fan if I find things are running too hot, but I think the vents should provide enough passive air flow.

Excellent little case for an audio project using Volumio as a streamer for Qobuz with Rpi 4 and IQAudio DAC Pro

A premium case that fits right into a DIY HiFi setup. The plastic feels solid and high quality and the internal locking mechanism for the SD card door is a neat touch. Would recommend!

The screw holes for fitting the Rasspberry Pi 4 board to the case do not match

Nice size case, l could even add an rtc inside. Easily modified to suit my use by putting a Pi4 on the back of a Pi Touch 2 display.
