Works fine for data and with OTG adapter. Thick cable hopefully durable. Would be nice if there was a shorter version as this is longer than I need and gets a bit clumsy especially with it being thick and not very flexible.

The description quite clearly states "Compatible with RPi4B" so if like me you were wondering if it works with a RPi5 (one camera attached) the answer is no, even with the dedicated 27W PSU. The RPi5 immediately reported low voltage. I only need about a 0.5m extension but unfortunately The PiHut does not currently sell any other USB-C Extension Cables but was worth a punt to find out.

This standard cable with USB C male to USB C female was delivered ahead of time, and performs fully as expected - bandwidth, etc. It is also very price competitive. Well pleased.

Affordable practicality for a meagre robot battery

Doesn't handle enough power for a Pi5 with a USB (Samsung T7 SSD) drive attached - cable gets warm and the Pi doesn't boot. Haven't tried it without the drive.

I am using two of these daisy chained as an extension lead for my plasma2040 and some 2A current drawing neopixels setup, works very well! Also I tried charging my phone through this and works great allowing the fancy super charging mode (Huawei stuff). I have not tried using it with Raspberry Pi though.

Works as intended with a Pi 4b and the RPi usb-c power supply. Good to have the peace of min that this had been tested and I was unlikely to come up against any issues.

Very useful. I struggled to find a cable of this length. Can now plug my laptop into my office desktop systems without it taking up valuable desk space
