“With absence of any guidance, and the number of possibilities I've been unable to get this product to work Furthermore, without guidance I can not know whether the fault is with how I'm using it or it's broken. That's a shame as I've not a problem before - and that's for around ten years. Usually, designers make incorrect use not possible, but not that I find on this product.”
