“It does exactly what it’s supposed too, as a beginner solderer I thought this would be handy for learning, if you are new to soldering then it’s worth getting in case of any mistakes.”
“Having some solder wick is one of those things you don't know you need until you need it. At some time we all end up with too much solder on a join which can make the joint susceptible to cracking, breaking, shorting or just looking bad. Solder wick allows for the quick and straight forward removal of excess solder from joints, whether they are between a component''s feet and the PCB they're attached to; a joint between two wires;... essentially anywhere that there's too much solder this wick is great for removing the excess while the sold is molten. Very reasonable price too.”
