“I wanted a header to which I could solder wires before mating the whole assembly with my Pi. Unfortunately the pins on this header are very weak, and break off really easily, so I had to 'waste' multiple pins while making connections. Then I found that the header is so short that it doesn't make a good physical connection with the pins on the Pi. Maybe this produce isn't meant for my application, but it was hard to identify something that was... I was extremely surprised that The Pi Hut doesn't sell a header with crimp-based pins.”
