“The dual relay hat for the Raspberry Pi Pico is a great piece of hardware. Easy to use, requires no extra libraries and the relays can handle 230V up to 7A with motors. The only thing stopping me from giving it 5 stars are the terminals which are not large enough to take standard 230V wires, neither single-core nor crimped multicore. Upgrade the terminals to the next size above and this is a killer product! Hint to the store: an acrylic case that could accomodate the hat and a rpi pico, rubbered access holes in one end, screwed insulated lid and you have a winner combo - as having 230V on the terminals makes for a wee dangerous set of pins accessible for fumbly fingers.”
“Great plans for this relay to take my home wine making to the next level with some bits from the excellent maker advent kit. I really only wanted the single version but that wasn't available when "needed". So far I've only managed to test that this works as the rhubarb isn't up yet. Prompt delivery and simple packaging.”
