Perfect GPIO extension for my raspberry pi case. Mine is not the the pi 500/400 but works perfect for it

Excellent piece of kit for pi400 was nearly impossible for me with poorish eye sight to feel safe to plug in to the pins. Now it's so easy it's a breeze

It functions. I really appreciate the included board with the pinout on it, which can sit on top of the pins. Gripe: When you plug it in, it's REALLY easy to do so one pin sideways, so that pin 1 has no input, pin 2 is on pin 1, pin 3 is on pin 2 etc. The GPIO is behind the Pi400, so unless you want to pick up the computer and turn it so you can plug it in, you're going to be fumbling with it out of sight. Literally, even being aware of this issue I still ended up plugging it in one pin off to the side. Really, if the adapter was designed for the Pi400, it should have taken the gap into account and been built to prevent that from happening, especially given the Pi400's target audience. But again, it functions properly, is well made, and does what it needs to do.

Makes a much tidier solutions to adding and working with add-on boards and electronics with the Raspberry Pi 400. The additional pin-out identifier is a bonus, very good, value product, highly recommended.

After using this for some time connecting to an RP Pico it was certainly a great purchase. It sits rock solid on the Pi 400 (nothing like the RAM pack wobbles from the early 80's) and the card that identifies the pins helps a huge amount.
