“I liked the accuracy of the steel case and the surface finish, the holes all aligned perfectly. It looks smart in an unassuming sort of way. I didn't like the assembly process as much, though- blind assembling the DAC (hidden inside the case lid) onto the Pi connector ( hidden inside the case base) was just asking for bent pins. Couldn't the standoffs have been changed to allow the lid to be screwed on last?”
