“Super simple and quick to install, took less than 2 minutes to install and get running. This kit has given noticeable temp drops, I would however advise a decent pair of tweezers for install to get the alignment perfect.”
“I know these cooling kits are deigned for the Raspberry Pi 4, but i have a Raspberry Pi 2, 3B and 3B+ which were running a little hot. So, I bought 3 of these cooling kits to try and make these devices run a little cooler. One pleasent surprise was the lack of noise from the fans - they are very quiet at around 18-20dB. These cooling kits have worked amazingly well on the RPi2 and RPi3B - lowering the operating temperatures to around 45-50 degrees Celsius. On the RPi3B+ the temperatures are around 10 degrees Celsius more, as the SoC simply creates too much heat for this little cooler while compiling source code, and maxing out all 4 cores, for long periods. I also tested this cooling kit on a RPi4/2GB and it kept the SoC at an agreeable 50-55 degrees Celsius under load. Very pleased with them and would certainly recommend as a cheap cooling solution.”
