Can be programmed initially via scratch, so is immediately accessible for younger children, but also supports Python for older children with more experience. Very easy to download own code via USB and run simple programs. I like the inclusion of Bluetooth, so if you purchase multiple Micro:Bits, you can get them to communicate wirelessly. All good fun, but a practical introduction to embedded systems.”
