“I bought this adapter alongside with an official Raspberry Pi 0 case and the Pi0 SBC. When I tested the adapter without the case everything worked wonderfully, however when I tried it with the case I noticed that I couldn't plug the adapter all the way in the hdmi Pi port. This means that the adapter is not compatible with the official Pi0 case. I immediately contacted PiHut support and they were extremely available to help and suggested a full refund as long as I sent the adapter back (very reasonable). Unfortunately I needed the adapter for the project I was doing, as I don't own another one, or a mini2full-size cable. So I had to cut around 2mm of plastic at the mini-hdmi end and got it working. Can't say I would buy it again, but I got it working in the end so I give a 5/7 mark :)”
