“Great little set for soldering. I am a complete beginner so this tool was very helpful for getting started.
I would recommend this to anyone getting started in soldering.”
“This was a helpful little tool to assist in soldering together two snapped usb cables.
The ‘helping hand was very fiddly and the screws are hard to tighten as they are small. Trying to get screws to grip to the metal frame/bars is not easy.
The weight of the magnifying glass would cause the whole thing to tip too easily at times. A slightly larger footprint would help. It is still quite a heavy little object.
However, all said and done it did the job and at a very low cost. i repaired two usb cables successfully Delivery was fast and arrived well packaged.
Thank you.”
