“I got this with the aim of building a radio based on picore and the LMS server. It was a pretty cheap upgrade and worked instantly with the picore software. It's very simple to attach, and takes up very little space, so will fit into the project I have planned.”

“A nice clean sound and a trouble free experience, although it does require a little setting up in Raspberry Pi OS. You can find the instructions for this on the HiFiBerry forum so it's no big deal. As usual the PiHut gave excellent service and the HiFiBerry arrived the very next day.”

“I have a Denon DNP730-AE streamer for my stereo, I like what it does but he user interface is dire. So I got a HiFi Berry DAC and case for my old RPi3 and installed Volumio. The sound quality is far better than I expected at the price point. The user interface is via a browser on another machine and works faultlessly from Windows, Android and both flavours of Linux I have tried.”
