“There are two versions of this buzzer: 3V and 5V. They have a similar appearance, but the 3V version has a red label, while the 5V version has a blue label. I wanted two 3V buzzers but couldn't find any, so I decided to try the 5V ones to see if they would work.
Strangely, what I actually received were two red-labeled 3V buzzers—exactly what I wanted. I contacted Pi Hut for clarification, and they claimed they weren’t aware of different versions, blaming a mix-up by their supplier. They then said they would send a replacement (which I neither needed nor requested), and the next day, I received a single blue-labeled 5V buzzer.
Overall, I wasn’t too impressed with their product knowledge or the fact that they replaced two 3V buzzers with just one 5V buzzer—especially when I didn’t ask for a replacement in the first place!”
