Fantastic for prototyping where you need to disconnect power without having to rewire

The barrel jack came promptly as usual and works just fine. I think that calling it Breadboard and stripboard-friendly is a bit of a stretch as two of the pins are 6mm apart and I had to do some serious bending to get them into my stripboard. This meant that the hold on the board was not as strong as it should be and some flexing occurs when putting in and removing the power lead.

solid power connector, I did find the connectors were a tight fit in my breadboard, took a bit of effort to get it to fit.

It's perfect to avoid needing to put different connections onto the breadboard each time. However I had to look up which pins where which as I nearly blew my battery.

It works great in a standard breadboard I think but mine apparently isn't. It fits the same barrel as Arduino so you can connect up 12v or a 9v battery when 5v isn't enough.

It does the job, and it does attach to a breadboard but the pins aren't really long enough for a secure fit. If your power cable has any tension in the wire then it'll pull the jack out of the breadboard very easily. I'm going to superglue mine to the breadboard.

Fits snugly to a breadboard, perfect when adding a 12v power supply to a test circuit.
