“I'm appalled at the level of product support for this product. It came without a datasheet or any instructions on how the LCD should be wired. When I emailed your support portal for advice I was told "We aren't here for project support".
I gave no information on the project apart from the supply voltage. Information on how to wire a product is 'product' support, not 'project' support.
The attitude of your support desk was so unhelpful I would return the products if the return postage wouldn't cost me more than the products are worth.
Am writing this off to experience and certainly won't be ordering anything from Pi Hut ever again.”
