“This is a lovely solid heat-sink case. I also have the versions for a Pi2 and a Pi4. This version failed to achieve the full five stars on two counts:
1. You have to take the Pi out of the case to access the SD card. This may be a plus point for some applications but for me I prefer to be able to get at the card like the larger versions.
2. The case shields the WiFi so is unsuable for the Zero-W and the Zero-2W. You may think this is obvious for a metal case but the version for the Pi4 still manages to let the WiFi operate.”
“Awesome case, very compact and comes with everything necessary in the box. There is a thermal pad included as the case acts as a heat sink. Only problem is that there is no cutout for the sdcard. You have to open the case each time.”
“I Was expecting more thermal mass, but the construction is phenomenal and makes the Pi Zeros feel even more valuable. Wish it had a ACT LED hole and a SD Card slot”
