“Its been so hot of late I wanted to put a few of these on my forehead! If Im hot and struggling, so is the raspberry pi and it was. Adding these helps vent the excess heat without noise and keeps things more stable. You dont have to keep them to just the pi, you can add them to cases to help increase the surface venting the heat. With or without a fan it makes a huge difference on those summer days. Easy to fit, peel the back, press firmly on and warm the unit gently by running it, give it another press and let it rip!!! Well made, clean edges, no burrs or other nasties. These are great additions to the line up”
“I used four of these on top of the Flirc case after taking the plastic lid off. Now it stays deliciously cool and works like it should. Its beautiful! You can really tell the difference in the temps and the stability with this on the top cooling it all down”
“I bought this for a new Pi 4B that I am setting up for Home Assistant. It's quite big and only fits one way round. It has to go sideways across the long axis of th Pi, or it fouls on the connectors. Other than that, it's bigger than the other heatsinks I have used on Pi 3B and Zero projects, so it should be good.”
“Perfect. I’ve used hundreds of these for Pi4 projects. Nice snug fit, and they stay in place. Only a small surface area is stuck to the processor but it does the job well and has no issues running Pi4 lightly overclocked and manages heat dissipation well.”
