“I bought the 2GB Raspberry Pi 5, the official black case, and the official black mouse/keyboard combo just so that I could have a fast Pi, but be able to swap the SD card for different distributions with ease.
I read that the 2GB version was at the best price/performance point. I bought two A2 SD cards from elsewhere and the whole outfit boots and runs quickly. Subjectively it feels as fast as my 4GB SSD Pi 5. Can't justify either purchase. I just don't care!”
