1) It is different than original logo (red raspberry without backround) - maybe the other is patented and cannot be copied 1:1 without permission...
2) The rainbow is far from "original idea" - it is the idea from old Apple Computer logo with different order of colors
3) The rainbow is also associated with LGBR community (lesbo-gay-etc)”
