“The camera works great. As far as I was able to see, there is no difference in handling the cam compared to the big camera except for the different specifications. The only downside is that this camera is not compatible to the original zero case with the cam cover. However, I just drilled a new (offcentered) hole.

“This is a very compact camera that is ideal for getting into tight spaces. I've recently been dealing with a rat problem under our decking and this camera has been used in an IR motion detection role with the excellent motioneyeos. In my view, the image quality from the IR version of this camera is much better than the official Pi camera IR image, particularly at close range. The only downside being that the connecting ribbon is not replaceable. Overall, this little camera offers great value and performance and I'm very happy with it.”
