This little device is brilliant. Got it running with Volumio on a 3B+ with touch screen. _Complete_ doddle. Was worried about output power. Didn't need to. Would not want to drive my mini hifi speakers at 100% (from Volumio) for fear of disturbing the neighbours. Honestly, I am _really_ impressed.

Good sound Perfect for RPi0 Think parameter it’s Hifiberry_dac and not Hifiberry_amp

This small amp came just right for my DIY Mono-Speaker project powered by Raspberry Pi Zero W. Works like a charm.

I've just bought a mini AMP and plug in my new piZero w. I run it with piCore. Basically it works fine and the only issue is that there is no hw volume control in alsa setting. The work around solution I am using now is to play with mplayer with softvol. I use this mini AMP to drive 2x3W speakers and it sound loud enough Totally, I would rate this 3 stars.

This device is so great! It needs only the power from the raspberry pi (make sure you use good power supply with it, like the official one from raspberry foundation) and thats all. You need to solder it on the raspberry (the zero w fits perfectly, make sure you have an fitting header male-male?) connect it to power and the speakers, ad the sd card with your system (in my case picoreplayer (i needed to adapt it a little, because there is no version for the pi zero w in the moment 20.3.2017)) select the correct output device (in picoreplayer, i selected the hifiberry amp+) and you are god to go. It is really small and fits more ore less every where and need only on normal 5 volt usb power, i really like it

I have used this Amp. with my Rpi Zero for a couple of weeks now. I installed Volumio 2 on the Rpi Zero and the only configuration you have to do is to choose the right DAC/Amp in a drop down list then you have sound. Sound quality very good for this price point.
