“I've had a Pi sat on a shelf for well over a year, not having a spare HDMI enabled display has put me off playing with it.
Not any longer. This little bit of kit is brilliant, it really is plug and play.
It does feel like you might be over stressing the mechanical strength of the port but I don't intend to use it long term, I'd eventually like to run the Pi headless - if I every get the Ethernet port talking!!
All in all though. Brilliant.”
“Wow. I have seen cheap converters, this one is a little bit more and I have been bit by the cheap stuff in the past. This does exactly what it says on the tin and is awesome. Great picture, sound through to TV. Great. Only thing is there is no way to fasten the VGA cable to the device so can fall out or be nudged.”
