“I got this adapter to hook up my Raspberry Pi 3 to an old monitor which only has a VGA input. The video signal worked perfectly and looked great.
I encountered a slight issue when I connected the audio output to my amp in that I had no audio output. This was however cured with a simple bit of editing of my config file to force the Pi to output audio through the HDMI socket. After that it's been working flawlessly.
Build quality is great which is often not the case for such small items but this feels solid and well put together.”
