“Used this as a USB hub for a rather large custom project without additional power supply. Slightly erratic behaviour once too many LEDs were powered through this device. But that was easily fixed.”

“Just what I needed for my Travel Kodi Pi Zero project.
The Zero4u USB hub came with all the bits to connect it to my Pi Zero W, and it worked first time without software configuration. I needed it to add a Bluetooth keyboard and USB sticks. I had a little hub dangling off the built-in micro USB socket but this looks far more elegant.
Now I need a case to put it in! I don't think the old PI 3B cardboard box I am using will last many trips!

Knocked off one star as either the stand offs are too short or the ferrite ring is too tall, it results in bending of the Pi if stand-off nylon nuts are tightened too much. Back off a little and is fine, but could do with some refinement. Eg millimetre longer stand-offs spacers.”
