I've made one of these breadboards fit nicely on the lid of a 16-portion Ferrero Rocher box along with the Raspberry Pi board mounted on 2 screws.
Since the screw heads project, it needs LRF-support, of course. (Little Rubber Feet.)
Ditto with my Arduino. The box body makes a good dust cover, with slots for ports cut with a hacksaw, scored across with a boxcutter and snapped off. Perfect so far for all my experiments. I won't bother buying bigger breadboards any more.”
