“Overall it seems a good product. I bought it to use with a Raspberry Pi 3. It is very compact, and feels good. Touch pad is easy to use and the wireless USB adaper stows neatly within the unit when not in use. Unfortunately, it's configured as a US keyboard variant. There is no information regarding which version. This means that some of the symbol keys, such as "quotes" and others, do not produce the correct output for Python coding.”
“Firstly, kudos to the help folks and their patience when frustration was getting the better of me.
This is a very low cost way of having a tiny media centre right next to the tv. The Kodi software is straightforward to load and use.
Just a word of caution, which led to the frustration. Not all USB wifi connectors will work with the Kodi/Openelec, even ones which work with Raspbian. The help line pointed me at this one which did work for me:
http://thepihut.com/collections/raspberry-pi-wifi/products/usb-wifi-adapter-for-the-raspberry-pi
But maybe check with the PiHut folks to ensure it still works with the Pi3.
Otherwise simple to put together and easy to set up.”
“Frequently Syncs with the Pi 2 and during that time, you can't type or use the pad. Frustrating when you look up on the screen and assume to see a load of coherent text but see nothing but gobbledy gook!”
