“Thoroughly tested with controlled temperature logging using stress-ng CPU stress testing before and after application. The heatsink provides modest but meaningful improvement - prevented my Pi 3B+ from hitting the 80°C throttling threshold during sustained CPU load. Peak temps reduced from 79.5°C to 77.9°C. However ambient temps were barely different. Easy installation with thermal sticker pad. Good value at £1 for applications that need consistent CPU performance, though don't expect miracles.”
