“These were up to my expectation. I just wondered if I could do the herrings in oatmeal like the Scots do. That they have such lovely Arbroath smokies is great. flake the smokies, add tomato concasse and little cream and finally a dash of whisky. With white toast and no fancy bread! Heaven.”
