“The herrings themselves were very very delicious, I did them in oatmeal, very good. My issue is with the packaging-I had ordered four but they came in the same bag frozen. The only way of eating them was to defrost them all at the same time. For a single person that is not very clever packaging, I think you should state how they are packed at the time of ordering.”

“I gave two of my four fillets to an elderly neighbour who had mentioned that he couldn’t buy herring in any fishmongers (he doesn’t use the internet). He absolutely loved them. I haven’t tried mine yet but intend to do so very soon. It is so great to be able to buy fresh herrings.”
