“Full of minerals and vitamins. Try slicing in three parts and quickly flashing in garlic and olive oil, add to a wrap or pitta bread with lottsa salad, with or without balsamic vinegar. Very tasty ! Experiment with a mild curry powder whilst flashing or add some chilli flakes , a dash of fresh lime does not go amiss. Enjoy... :)”
