“Excellent taste and despite being frozen this does not detract form the flavour - indeed I would challenge anyone to detect the difference - I say this as a west country woman well versed in enjoying the products from the local fisherman - sadly no longer available to me as I live in central London.”

“I was slightly disappointed with the texture and taste of this meat. Not as good as meat fresh from the claw but perfectly acceptable for use in mixed dishes.”
