“Delicious! Some defrosting liquid inevitably, but once properly thawed it was simple enough to pat dry all over and leave for a short period to reach room temperature. Bit of very light forking to mix things up, a squeeze of lemon & decent salad cream (prefer that to mayo) and we then tucked into scrummy crab sandwiches (thickish slices of wholemeal bread). Those Cornish crabs really are something! Will be back for more fairly soon.”

“Stunning. What a crab the Cornish have! The crab topped in a famous homemade from scratch Baltimore crab cake recipe, the only issue was Blue crab from Baltimore was out of season. But the Cornish crab was better, in my humble opinion. ;)”

“This was a huge disappointment. Grainy, flavour lite & not at all what I expected being brownish in colour. We were unable to eat on own. No flavour & grainy texture while visually 'dirty looking. Disappointing. Used in soup & even therein a tad grainy. Honestly not worth a star!”

Hi Fiona, I am very sorry to hear you had this experience. Is it possible that we sent you the wrong type of crab meat and sent you brown crab meat instead of white crab meat? Kind regards, Jeremy
