“Was totally frozen and realised the fish wasnt as fresh as thought as it was frozen on the packaging 6 months ago in august of 2020.....so disappointed that wasnt as fresh as described especially for the price and the fish didn’t have the taste as it was so old”

Hello Jason we're sorry that you didn't realise all our fish is frozen. It is industry standard for non white and oily fish to be kept in a deep freeze at -20c for 1 year and for the safety and quality not to be compromised. We urge you to try it and then let us know what you think

“We’ve been having a family International Master Chef Challenge during lockdown. Our teenage daughter chose Japan because she was desperate to make Sushi. Getting sushi-grade fish locally (Manchester) proved impossible; Google took us straight to the Fish Society. The tuna, prawns and salmon didn’t come cheap, but was all well worth it. Beautiful texture and full of flavour. I’d order again if the need arose without hesitation!”
