“The tuna was absolutely perfect. It arrived as a super frozen block, with delivery precisely within a pre-agreed half hour slot. I put it straight into the freezer, then moved it to the fridge the night before use a few days later. I sliced it whilst still frozen and on defrosting the colour, texture and taste were superb. Well done, Fish Society!”
