“My order of raw king prawns and fresh wild salmon was out for delivery for 2 days and as a result it arrived thawed out which is totally unacceptable, I see on the packing note that they say its ok to refreeze it again! Not to my understanding is is not right also it destroys the quality of the products which I can confirm it did!”
