“yes i found carol nash a good polite insurance broker they asked me questions promptly and i found them verry good all round ... i was unable to insure gsxr 750 as the brakes needed new discs when ive completed it safe ly i will in sure 750 with caroll nash once again i say good all round service”

“Once I took out the policy, they wouldn't stop phoning me trying to sell other services (even though I selected to opt out of marketing on the web when I bought the policy, and asked by phone too when I complained about being marketed to) until I finally threatened to report them to OFCOM. Will not be renewing with them. Avoid.”

Didn't switch my policy to new vehicle, then got the reg wrong, then took money for cancelled policies and £430 lump sum instead of setting up a direct debit as requested making me overdrawn and incurring charge after charge from the bank and other companies....
