“I have used Carole Nash for some years and have always found them to be 'on the ball' with all the information required. They may not be the cheapest but they have always provided good service. A few years ago I was rear ended and this was sorted/repaired/etc very quickly. Although their repairer did not do the best job and this showed up 2 years down the line when panels started showing stress cracks due the front mountings not being true. I have also used their travel insurance and this proved itself when I had to be recovered after a skiing accident, a very slick operation.

“After receiving an expensive renewal quote I used the usual comparison websites and found a much cheaper quote attributed to Carol Nash! When I phoned your office I was advised to use the online quote as it had the same features and was a lot cheaper! Why can you find cheaper insurance for an online comparison site rather than me as a loyal customer. I'm still with you but resigned to playing the usual renewal game next year. Basically I feel let down by your company.”
