“Although I got insurance quickly and easily it was later declined because my job had changed. This is very poor service as it means I have now been declined insurance and other brokers are loading my premium for something that was outside of my control. This is a big disincentive to use on line insurance quotes and I think I will be speaking to brokers from now on so I don't get stung by the broker changing their mind.”

I was getting severe warnings about not giving them my documents and threats of invalidating my insurance etc BEFORE MY POLICY HAD EVEN STARTED.
Also of note, on line, it said you have submitted all the documents you need to, whilst via email, I was told I need to submit more.
They even want the DVLA share info code, probably as it saves them a few quid. Fair enough, but (A) get document submission online requirements correct and it working (B) Calm the f88k down about document submission.”
