“Things may have been much smoother but getting proof of my no claims bonus from autonet proved difficult. Principal worked with me to get the proof from Autonet who were not very helpful and also posted two sets of documents when I had difficulty down loading them my self. any problems were not the fault of Principal who worked hard on my behalf.
