“i would never deal with principal again & i would not recomend them to anyone else. i paid up front for my insurance & recieved no help or assistance from them .no documentation & the only contact was auto e mail so i cancelled only to be told they would not pay me any refund even though i was never confirmed insurance cover so, i am in contact with the ombudsman,because £57 out of my pension is unacceptable my venture to cut my costs backfired after dealing with a doubtfull company. but i am a little older biut wiser. dp.”
