The customer relations of this company is non existent. They have answered one email out of 6, but it took two weeks for them to answer one of them. They have improved their telephone answering time”
“Didn't need to contact MCE at all to insure my motorbike. It was all applied for & paid online, and no documents sent by the company as they are all in your account to be printed & checked or left there until you ever need them.
Seemed a fair deal to what i was paying before with E-Bike who increased my renewal by what a large amount compared to what i was paying before for the same policy with no changes.
Satisfied so far but never had to deal with customer services or claims etc & hope i never have to.”
